Carrot Ginger Citrus Mocktail Perfect for Easter Brunch!

This drink is the perfect addition to an Easter brunch or Spring party. It's full of fresh juice with a little kick of ginger.
Ingredients:
Ginger Syrup
1.5 INCH Fresh Ginger
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Mocktail:
Orange Juice
Grapefruit Juice
Apple Juice
Carrot Juice
To make the Ginger Syrup- peel ginger. Add water, sugar and ginger and bring to a soft boil until the sugar is disolved. Turn off the stove and let it cool.
To make 1 mocktail combine 2 TBLS ginger syrup, 1/4th cup of carrot juice, 1/4th cup of grapefruit juice, 1/2 cup apple juice, 1/2 cup of orange juice and ice! Enjoy.
