Easter Bunny Shaped Plate

I had purchased the rabbit plate but received the wrong one. Then was told through customer service support that they will send me one right away. They never sent me confirmation and then a few days later I received an email stating that I've been refunded. I sent messages but never heard from anyone. Very disappointed as I needed the plates by a certain date and if they told me sooner than I would've ordered elsewhere.
