I ordered this the first day it was available. Luckily I live locally so I did order pickup. The first one I got had ripped from the back panel and had been badly repaired. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and got me a replacement. When I picked up the replacement, I decided to open it up in the parking lot so I didn’t have to make another trip if there was a problem. The second one was worse than the first. There was adhesive tape across most of the windows and was sticky. I called order pickup and she went back and found me one that was in good shape. If I had to deal with shipping I don’t think I’d be as understanding. I really hope in future production runs that quality control improves because ultimately this is absolutely beautiful and I’m glad I bought one. Also, the customer service I received was fantastic
