Paid for rush delivery, but package still wasn't going to arrive in time for my party. I emailed My Mind's Eye and on their own they automatically shipped me a complete new order delivered, at their cost, by another carrier, so I could get my items before my party. When I spoke with them they were so sweet, kind & courteous. Absolutely love this "haunted house". The perfect addition to my Halloween decor. The timer for the lights is great, especially as a busy mom. This lets me add the magic without adding to my mental load. I got all three houses on the new light timers and hope they'll update the other models to have the same timers too!
