Carolyn Graan When I recently placed and order and later cancelled one of the items, the representative at My Mind's Eye informed me they would remove the item from my order. However, when I received the shipment, the item I ordered were in the box, i.e. they forgot to remove them from my order. When I notified MME, they promptly responded that they would refund me for the cancelled item as promised and did not ask me to return them. I appreciated them making good on my initial refund request.
