If you have an event coming up and did not place your order soon enough, please add this RUSH HANDLING FEE to your order and we will ship any order placed before 3PM MST the same day the order was placed.  Special note: this fee does not speed up the shipping method you choose, it simply confirms that we will ship your order the same day (If placed on a weekend, the order will ship with the Monday shipments.) . Please pay special attention to the shipping method you choose.  There are many different options.  We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and most major holidays.

Most excellent service I've ever recieved.

Paid for rush delivery, but package still wasn't going to arrive in time for my party. I emailed My Mind's Eye and on their own they automatically shipped me a complete new order delivered, at their cost, by another carrier, so I could get my items before my party. When I spoke with them they were so sweet, kind & courteous. They made good on their RUSH shipping, for sure, and WOWed me with their customer service - even telling me I could keep the original package when it arrived, if i chose to. I will DEFINITELY order from them again soon.

Rush shipping was so convenient, came so fast. However, I realized after I received my order that I live so close to the warehouse, I probably would have been fine without it. Oh well! It came fast and I wasn’t worried about not having it for the party I’m having.
