I emailed My Mind's Eye and on their own they automatically shipped me a complete new order delivered, at their cost, by another carrier, so I could get my items before my party. When I spoke with them they were so sweet, kind & courteous. They made good on their RUSH shipping, for sure, and WOWed me with their customer service - even telling me I could keep the original package when it arrived, if i chose to.
