Honeycomb Turkeys

The item seemed to lack some quality control. The turkeys arrived used, and even after putting them back together, the pieces didn’t line up correctly - the base stuck out halfway. I’m hoping this was just a fluke, because I’d love to order from here again, but I’m feeling a little hesitant. That said, customer service was wonderful and issued a refund right away.

I was so excited to use these cute honeycomb turkeys on my Thanksgiving table. Unfortunately, when I went to assemble them, I found that the two pieces (the honeycomb part and the feathers in the back) were completely off-center from one another, making them impossible to align and use as intended. There was no way to really fix them, as they are adhered with strong double-sided tape. Very disappointing.

I just received the turkeys. I absolutely love them! I wanted to bring a quality control issue to your attention. The double sided foam tab that attaches to the feather/fan back is not centered which caused the base/honeycomb to be misaligned. I removed, moved the foam tab to the right (it was far left) so that it would be centered, aligned with the base. Please pass this along to assemblers. The purchaser shouldn’t have to make modifications. Thank you.
