Most were fine.

I got 2 packages of the red, white, and blue paper decorations. One package was just fine. The other, you could see that part of a circle was ripped and from the inside there was a hair inside the package. Yuck. Opened it up and 2 circles were fine but one ripped in 2 separate spots places upon trying to open it. We ended up hot gluing it back together. Disappointing because it was a gift.
