Be careful not to overinflate, as the balloon may pop. When the balloon is full, pinch the filling tab and gently pull out the straw, pressing the film together. The tab is self-sealing. Attach string if desired. Inflating with a pump or helium: A smaller tip works best—insert it between the layers of plastic. Hold the filling tab around the nozzle and inflate until firm. Be careful not to overfill the balloon, or it may pop. When the balloon is full, pinch the filling tab and remove the nozzle. The tab is self-sealing. Attach string if desired.
