I’d bought several of these and one had an issue with the lights. Customer service was swift to respond and make it right with a refund or replacement! The details are great and the timer lights helpful.
The CVTS is BEAUTIFUL! But, the exterior’s right front awning is not. The awning is oversized and the tall, statuesque pine is leaning toward the right side. Since I consider myself somewhat of a Mrs. Fix-it, I thought I could straighten the tree myself. I could not, nor could I “trim” the right end of the awning. Any free advice would therefore be much appreciated!
